GCash Starread Techno ₱699 Charge Dispute and Account Security Request

I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction of ₱699 processed through my GCash account to “Starread Techno” on 10-23-26 at 03:08:37 PM, with reference number 065853093. I did not approve, initiate, or knowingly consent to this payment. I am requesting that this unauthorized charge be fully investigated and that my ₱699 be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask that my account and any associated subscriptions or services linked to Starread Techno be checked and, if necessary, cancelled or blocked to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.
