Claiming I Wasn't Home , Zara  Order Made Its Way Back to the Warehouse

My order number 53064811343 was supposed to be delivered to me by courier on November 30th. Before it was even distributed, I received a reaction saying I wasn't at home. Thereupon, I requested that the product be returned to you before it was sent to me. Even though 4 days have passed since my request, your customer service is still stalling me and not providing a solution. I request my refund as soon as possible.

I still haven't received a response. When I speak with the customer representative, they keep saying that I will be informed as soon as possible. It's really ridiculous.
