My Zara Refund Missing for Returned Item

On November 22, my return package (ID: 514974903) was delivered to Zara. The package contained five items, and refunds for four were processed immediately. However, one item is still not refunded. I’ve contacted customer service four to five times, but I keep getting vague responses like “it’s under review.” When I ask how long this process will take, they refuse to provide a timeline. This is an unacceptable return policy. How many business days must I wait? Additionally, I have no information about the item’s whereabouts, and I suspect it might have been lost. Zara, I demand an immediate refund for the missing item and clear communication about this issue. Please resolve this promptly.

Zara surprises me a lot; there's neither a response nor any progress. I really can't believe it.
