I Never Received My Zara Home Chandeliers and Still Can’t Get a Refund or Support
I ordered two chandeliers from Zara Home on July 20. They were shipped on July 22 under order number 54252862462 and marked as “out for delivery” by July 24 via a courier service called Bir Günde Kargo. However, it's now well past that date, and the chandeliers—each costing around ₺3,490—have still not arrived.
What’s worse, there is no real point of contact. The courier tracking continues to show them as “out for delivery,” and when I contacted the shipping company, they claimed the items weren’t with them but sitting in a warehouse. Zara Home, on the other hand, gave me generic responses that sounded AI-generated. We submitted a return request, but nothing has progressed since then.
Zara Home chose to work with a delivery company that has a 1.5-star Google rating instead of a reputable provider like UPS or DHL. One of the chandeliers seems completely lost now, and I’m stuck without the products or my money. I demand that Zara Home immediately process a full refund and formally respond to this issue. If not, I will escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and file formal complaints against both Zara Home and the shipping company.
