Zara Won’t Let Me Reprocess My Return Despite Their Own 30-Day Policy

I placed an order on Zara’s online store (Order No: 5396*34), but it arrived later than the promised delivery window. Because of this, I couldn’t return it immediately, as I was traveling abroad. Before leaving, I created a return request and left the package with my building’s concierge to send it back. However, when I returned 15 days later, I found out he forgot to ship it.
When I went to the courier with the same return number, they told me it was invalid. I contacted Zara multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but they refuse to update my request, even though their own policy states that returns can be reprocessed within 30 days. The return deadline is February 15, 2025, and I do not want to be stuck with products I cannot use. Zara, fix this issue and allow me to return my items!
