If a Yves Saint Laurent makeup pump leaked onto your bag, first get in touch with YSL Beauty Customer Service through the official "Contact Us" form on the YSL Beauty or Saint Laurent website.
Clearly explain the leak and include your order number, pictures of the damage to the product and your bag, and the item's batch code.
This helps them make sure that it's a defect in the manufacturing or packing and not normal use.
If you buy something from YSL's official online store or one of their boutiques and it is broken or "not as described," you can return it and get your money back.
