I bought the Yves Rocher Stem Cell Care Serum on May 31, 2024. I applied the product to my freshly cleansed skin the night I purchased it, and to my dismay, when I woke up the next morning, my skin was in an awful state. I promptly filed a complaint with the customer service center, and they authorized the return. It's been a solid two and a half months. The POS device in the branches does not support Yapı Kredi, so I attempted to obtain my refund from the branch as instructed by the call center. However, they informed me that it was not feasible. I was told that the regional manager is aware of the situation, but unfortunately, they are unable to take any action. They lack basic professionalism. My skin was completely destroyed and to make matters worse, they refused to return my money.
