On December 29, 2024, I purchased Yves Rocher Anti-Age Global eye cream and day cream from their store. Shortly after using the eye cream, I experienced swelling, itching under my eyes, and watery eyes. Similarly, the face cream caused itching and irritation on my skin.
Upon researching, I discovered that many others have faced similar issues with these products. It’s extremely disappointing to trust a reputed brand only to encounter such discomfort and adverse reactions. I request an immediate refund for these products and demand that Yves Rocher address this issue promptly to prevent further customer dissatisfaction. Customers deserve safe and effective products, not harmful reactions.
