I’ve been a loyal Yves Rocher customer, using a variety of products, including the facial cleanser and night mask, based on advertised benefits. Unfortunately, rather than improving my skin, these products have led to more frequent, painful breakouts. While I already had acne-prone skin, it never caused this level of irritation or discomfort. I even stocked up on unopened products during a recent sale, hoping they would help, but I’m left disappointed and frustrated.
I visited the store, but was told to wait 28 days, which isn’t helpful as I’ve already been using these products for an extended period.
