Yves Rocher Prebiotic Face Wash Caused a Skin Reaction

On May 19, 2025, I purchased Yves Rocher’s Revitalizing Antioxidant Prebiotic Face Wash for normal to dry skin from one of your stores, along with a few other products. Since I have sensitive skin, I asked for a tester first. The store associate told me there was no tester available, but assured me that the product was completely safe and wouldn’t cause any allergic reactions.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. As soon as I applied the product and rinsed my face, I experienced intense burning and redness, especially in my T-zone and cheeks. My skin flared up so badly that I had to calm it with antihistamines and a urea-based cream.
When I returned to the store and explained everything—complete with photo evidence of my reaction—they refused to offer an exchange. Instead, they told me to contact customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but haven’t been able to reach anyone.
