I am an LCW customer from Konya and I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a coupon in the LCW mobile application. Yesterday, I had a coupon defined in my account with a value of ₺494. For my own reasons I cancelled this coupon once and then did not use it again, but later I wanted to benefit from it and realized that I could no longer use it. I contacted LCW customer service about this situation and explained that I had a ₺494 coupon in the mobile app, that I cancelled it and then could not use it again. In response, I was told that reactivating the coupon or issuing a new one was impossible, without offering any alternative solution. As a customer, I expect LCW to either reactivate my cancelled ₺494 coupon or define an equivalent new coupon for my account. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed, that a solution-oriented response be provided instead of simply stating it is impossible, and that I am allowed to benefit from the discount I was originally granted.
