YouTube Deducts Funds Without Consent!

Google Youtube.com charged my Yapi Kredi Bank debit card 2 USD, even though I didn't have any card information registered on my Google account. How was Google able to access my card and bank details on Youtube.com? How on earth did they manage to carry out this withdrawal without informing me, seeking my approval, or obtaining my authorization? I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the unauthorized transaction made by Google YouTube and file a complaint regarding this matter.
