Hey, I have a big problem. YouTube Premium and Google software company did something sneaky by charging 2,000 TL to my card on November 4th at various times without me knowing. I have no idea what's going on and I really need this situation resolved. I can't find any way to ask for help - I'm totally stuck. I need my money back as soon as possible and I want to make sure they won't do this again without asking me first. I didn't make this purchase at all. It's so frustrating because there's no customer service available to help fix this mess.

"Hello, thank you to the Google support team. For those following the post, I emailed Google support approximately 1 hour later. After I sent the email, they got in touch and took action. The fee was refunded by Google 15 days later."
