Hey, I have a big problem. YouTube Premium and Google software company did something sneaky by charging 2,000 TL to my card on November 4th at various times without me knowing. I have no idea what's going on and I really need this situation resolved. I can't find any way to ask for help - I'm totally stuck. I need my money back as soon as possible and I want to make sure they won't do this again without asking me first. I didn't make this purchase at all. It's so frustrating because there's no customer service available to help fix this mess.
