Unauthorized Charge on My VakıfBank Credit Card by Google Ads

Google Ads debited ₺5000 from my VakıfBank credit card without my authorization. I wasn't informed about this transaction. How is it possible for such a significant sum to be withdrawn without my authorization? Where is the security? What is the current status of the data protection regulations (KVKK)? Is it advisable to completely eliminate the use of credit cards? Could you please assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible?
