Unauthorized €29.99 Charge From MyIQ After Free IQ Test

On January 31, 2026 at 08:51, an amount of €29.99 was charged to my card ending in 1467 with the description “MYIQ.COM/EU ST. JULIAN S MelMT” (transaction reference: 231167). I completed only one IQ test on this website, but I did not knowingly approve any paid subscription or recurring charges. I was not clearly informed that a paid subscription would begin after the IQ test, I did not give explicit consent for such a subscription, and I do not need or want this service. For these reasons, I consider this charge to be unauthorized. I request an immediate full refund of the €29.99 charged to my card and the cancellation of any existing or future subscriptions or payments associated with my card and my email/account on this website. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that no further charges will be made.
