Yoho Agent Scammed Me Out of $2,388 — No Response From Support Team

Warm greetings,

I would like to file a formal complaint against the authorized Yoho in-app shipping agent named Türki (ID: TR) on July 25, 2025. I transferred $2,388 USD (equivalent to 25 million Kron and $200 USD), but I did not receive any service or shipment in return.

I contacted all related departments and the Yoho support team, but I received no result. I also submitted all the evidence to the Türki management, yet I received no response or follow-up. Furthermore, I believe that Türki management (ID: ACM2) may be involved in this issue.

My in-app account number is KW1122333, and my WhatsApp contact number is +966595945889.

I request that the Yoho administration recover my lost funds, take disciplinary action against the agent Türki and their team, and compensate me for the financial and procedural delays caused by this negligence.
