I would like to file a formal complaint against the authorized Yoho in-app shipping agent named Türki (ID: TR) on July 25, 2025. I transferred $2,388 USD (equivalent to 25 million Kron and $200 USD), but I did not receive any service or shipment in return.
I contacted all related departments and the Yoho support team, but I received no result. I also submitted all the evidence to the Türki management, yet I received no response or follow-up. Furthermore, I believe that Türki management (ID: ACM2) may be involved in this issue.
