Yoho Account Device Ban After Refund Request

A device ban was placed on my Yoho account with ID number 83616684. Last night, I made a top-up of $6, and while I thought the amount was being charged to my bank account, it was mistakenly billed to my mobile phone invoice instead. Without realizing it, I submitted a refund request afterward.

I do not actually want a refund for the top-up. I accept that the charge should remain on my account. My only and most important request is that the device ban placed on my account be removed. If I had known that the charge would appear on my phone bill and that requesting a refund would result in a ban, I would never have requested it.

I respectfully ask Yoho officials to review and remove the device ban placed on my account with ID 83616684 and to take the necessary steps so that I can use my account normally again.
