On September 26, 2025, at 16:39, I purchased 4,500 diamonds through the Azar app on my iPhone 15 (iOS 17) and paid ₺800 (Order/User Code: MT1DBKNZK2).
Although the diamonds appear in my account, I am unable to use them to connect with anyone. Every time I try, I receive the error message “Check your internet connection,” even though my internet works perfectly fine.
I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone several times, but the problem persists. This issue is clearly not caused by my device or internet, but by the Azar app itself.
In the past, I made diamond purchases without any issues. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem. Since I cannot use the purchased diamonds, I am requesting a full refund of my ₺800 payment and for the diamonds to be removed from my account.
I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.
