Yapi Kredi Bank's Unjust Credit Card Fee

Yapi Kredi Bank charged me 404.50 TL as an annual fee for my Yapi Kredi Gold credit card on June 14, 2023. I request that this annual fee be canceled immediately, in accordance with the regulations, and without any additional conditions. Credit card issuers must offer a card type that does not have an annual membership fee or other similar charges, according to the Consumer Law (May 28, 2014, Article 31, Paragraph 3). Furthermore, your bank's membership fee lacks any corresponding service, making it an unfair condition under Law No. 4822, Amendment to Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, Article 6, regarding unfair terms in contracts. Furthermore, the credit card fee charged retrospectively should be refunded, according to the final decision (2011/4736, 2011/11579) of the 13th Civil Division and HGK 2010/1-93-88. I strongly urge you to refund the fees as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in legal action and the cancellation of my credit card.
