Yapi Kredi Bank Charged Me Unauthorized Fees for My Credit Card

I was charged a membership fee of 456.50 TL on my Yapi Kredi World Platinum credit card with the ending digits 8719 on September 15, 2023, as indicated in my statement. I request the cancellation of this fee, which is against the provisions of the law mentioned below and should be canceled without any additional conditions.
