Yapı Kredi Didn’t Pay My ₺30,000 OYAK Promotion After I Updated It

Although I updated my promotional agreement as an OYAK member at Yapı Kredi Bank, no payment has been made to my account even after about one week. Even though the promotional amount that should have been deposited after the update is ₺30,000, it still has not appeared in my account. When I spoke with bank representatives about this issue, they said they did not have the authority to assist and did not help me. No application number or request number was provided to me.
I request that the ₺30,000 promotional payment related to my OYAK membership update be immediately credited to my account and that the process be explained to me in writing.
