Requesting Refund of My Promotion

On September 30, 2025, an unfair deduction of ₺99,500.00 was made to my account at VakıfBank's Afyonkarahisar Şuhut Branch from a promotional payment that was to be deposited under a three-year salary agreement between the Ministry of Justice and the bank, which clearly stated that the payment would be deposited in a single lump sum without any deductions. I have previously experienced issues with deductions of non-salary deposits through the automatic trigger system, and I am concerned that this situation will reoccur. I request that my promotion payment, as part of my salary, be transferred to my account in full. Due to enforcement proceedings against me from another bank, VakıfBank is also a creditor for my loan debt. However, according to enforcement law, it is the third-ranking creditor, and despite the deduction being made to QNB Bank, my other payments are being seized under the guise of trigger collection. I believe deductions from an unearned right are unlawful and illegal. Despite contacting both customer service and the branch office numerous times regarding this issue, no resolution has been offered. I request that my promotional payment be deposited into my account without interruption due to the automatic trigger system, and that this system be disabled for promotional payments. I expect an immediate response and resolution regarding this matter.
