Yapi Kredi Bank Charged Credit Card Fee

For the past 20 years, I have been a loyal user of Yapi Kredi Bank's credit card. Every year, I've been charged an annual fee, but whenever I reached out to customer service for a refund, they would promptly reimburse me. However, this year, they shocked me by charging an exorbitant 404 TL as an annual fee and suggested that I apply to the Arbitration Committee for a refund. It's incredibly frustrating because I've been a source of profit for them for years. Why should I have to go through this lengthy process? What justifies this sudden increase in the annual fee? I firmly demand a refund for this unjustly charged amount.
