Mysterious Negative Balance on Yapi Kredi Bank Credit Card

My credit card showed an available balance of around 60 tl the other day. However, when I checked my statement today, it had dropped to around -110 tl, with no transaction details to explain the drastic change. When I contact customer service, they claim it's because of a cash advance, despite the fact that I haven't exceeded my usage limit. I'm perplexed as to why I should pay more when I haven't exceeded my allotted limit. I need a resolution right now. Please resolve this issue for me as a salaried customer with multiple credit cards. This situation has left me frustrated and perplexed, as I cannot understand what is causing this negative balance. Clear communication and prompt resolution from my credit card provider are critical to assuaging my concerns and ensuring the accuracy and transparency of my financial transactions.
