Mysterious Negative Balance on Yapi Kredi Bank Credit Card
My credit card showed an available balance of around 60 tl the other day. However, when I checked my statement today, it had dropped to around -110 tl, with no transaction details to explain the drastic change. When I contact customer service, they claim it's because of a cash advance, despite the fact that I haven't exceeded my usage limit. I'm perplexed as to why I should pay more when I haven't exceeded my allotted limit. I need a resolution right now. Please resolve this issue for me as a salaried customer with multiple credit cards. This situation has left me frustrated and perplexed, as I cannot understand what is causing this negative balance.
