Once I reported a problem, they promptly addressed my concerns and increased my credit limit. They assured me that I could now take advantage of the 0% interest installment cash advance. Because of this commitment, I decided to decrease my credit limits with other banks and raise my TEB limit.
Unfortunately, despite my efforts to reach out to TEB through different means, I did not receive any response. I find myself in a difficult situation as my credit limits with other banks have been decreased, and I am unable to get in touch with anyone at TEB to resolve the issue. I am thinking about closing all of my accounts with TEB.
