TEB Bank's False Promises and Unresponsive Customer Support
An employee from TEB bank presented me with a credit card that offers a cash advance with 0% interest on installments. Once I reported a problem, they promptly addressed my concerns and increased my credit limit. They assured me that I could now take advantage of the 0% interest installment cash advance. Because of this commitment, I decided to decrease my credit limits with other banks and raise my TEB limit.
Unfortunately, despite my efforts to reach out to TEB through different means, I did not receive any response. I find myself in a difficult situation as my credit limits with other banks have been decreased, and I am unable to get in touch with anyone at TEB to resolve the issue. I am thinking about closing all of my accounts with TEB.
If TEB decides to offer any resolution, it's crucial to recognize that their actions have resulted in substantial financial and emotional hardship for me.
