Akbank Told Me I Had No Debt but Now Claims I Have an 80-Day Overdue Balance
Hello I am T***. I phoned your bank following a conversation with one of your staff, who informed me that I had no outstanding balance on my credit card, therefore I closed the card. However, for the last month, I've been receiving calls indicating there is an 80-day overdue balance, and now I'm being requested to make a payment on this. Even though I informed them throughout the calls that I had already paid off the balance, there has been no check of call recordings or follow-up in weeks. I am really concerned that this situation has carried on for so long without resolution. I respectfully beg your assistance in quickly resolving this situation.
