Aliexpress Debited The Same Amount From My Card Twice

I bought something on AliExpress on October 16, 2023, and unfortunately, Yapi Kredi charged my account twice for the same amount. Yapi Kredi told me that they put a hold on the money because of this transaction. I need a refund for the amount that was charged twice, and I need it urgently. I want my money back quickly. I contacted both AliExpress and Yapi Kredi, and I'm determined to make sure they fix this problem with the double debit.
