Yandex Go’s service is completely unreliable. The amount shown before the ride is never the same as the amount actually charged — not even close. Worse, the fare is charged in multiple transactions without any explanation.
While I was still in the taxi and hadn’t even reached my destination, two separate charges were already taken from my card. When I asked the driver, he said, "We don’t know anything, call customer service," but there’s no customer service number to call. The quality of service is extremely poor.
