Yandex Did Not Give Me the Discount Code After Campaign
As part of Yandex's Migros discount code campaign, we opened an account with my wife's mobile phone number and completed the verification process. As a condition of the campaign, we used Yandex as the default search engine in Google Chrome on both our Windows and Android devices for over a week. Despite this, we were not provided with the ₺150 Migros discount code promised through the campaign. I contacted Yandex customer service to report the issue, and a support ticket was opened with Ticket #25073021224446527. However, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to send a screenshot. Since screen recordings are not available for 72 hours as required by the campaign, this request is unrealistic and unsolvable. I demand a resolution to my grievance and the swift delivery of the Migros discount code we are entitled to under the campaign. I also request a clear and satisfactory explanation of the campaign terms and conditions and the process.
