I Am Demanding Doğan Trend Suzuki Replace Defective Tires and Damaged Rims

On May 15, 2026, I took delivery of my brand-new Suzuki GSX-S1000GT motorcycle (License Plate: 41 ARG 100 | VIN: JS1EK12WZS7101248 | Engine No: DTB1140657) in Didim, Aydın, and rode it home to Kocaeli. Throughout this initial 650-kilometer trip, I noticed that the motorcycle continuously pulled to the right.
The very next morning, I brought the vehicle to the authorized service center, Kocaeli Kaya Motor Suzuki. The service technicians dismissed the issue, claiming that because the motorcycle and tires were new, the rightward pull would disappear after the break-in period. Crucially, despite my request, they refused to open an official service work order or log the complaint.
Following their instructions, I continued using the motorcycle for long-distance trips. However, upon reaching 5,500 kilometers, the severe right-side pulling persisted. I returned the motorcycle to Kocaeli Kaya Motor, where the following illegal practices and unauthorized interventions occurred:
Admission of Defect: Service staff removed the front wheel and installed a track tire, noting that the rightward pull decreased. After testing with a different rear tire, the service technicians explicitly admitted and confirmed that the issue was caused by defective tires.
Evasion of Joint Liability: Despite my initial visit on day two, importer Doğan Trend Suzuki and Kocaeli Kaya Motor used the 5,500 km odometer reading as a pretext to deny coverage, falsely claiming the tires were ridden with low pressure due to user error. This is entirely groundless, as the motorcycle was inspected and properly inflated by the authorized dealer at pickup. Both entities are attempting to evade their joint liability under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Property Damage and Attempted Cover-Up: When notified that service was complete, I inspected the motorcycle and discovered deep scratches and impact marks on both the front and rear rims. After I refused to accept the damaged vehicle, the service center attempted to conceal the damage by applying unauthorized touch-up paint to the rims without my knowledge or consent—an action I have fully documented with photographs.
My motorcycle has now been detained at the service center for 10 days, causing severe disruption to my daily transportation and business operations.
Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, I demand that importer Doğan Trend Suzuki and authorized dealer Kocaeli Kaya Motor fulfill their joint warranty obligations by replacing the defective tires free of charge, replacing both damaged rims with brand-new original parts (rejecting any touch-up paint repairs), and resolving my mobility hardship immediately.
