I have a 101 Yalla Okey account with the number 791700766. In spite of winning games, Yalla Okey continues to take coins from your account. The fact that this problem keeps occurring is causing me to lose interest in playing. In spite of the fact that I have contacted customer service on several occasions, I have not received a solution, and I have not been paid for my losses. In addition to requesting that the game be fixed, I would like to request that my complaint be escalated and that the losses be refunded. Because of your rapid action, we are grateful.
