Yalla Ludo Diamond Scam and Easypaisa Refund Request

I am writing to report a scam I experienced through another user on Yalla Ludo. While using the application, a person I met there offered to send me diamonds in exchange for money. Trusting this user, I agreed to the offer. I sent a total of 5,000 (in my local currency) from Pakistan via Easypaisa to this person. I have this person’s Yalla Ludo ID and can provide it if needed. After receiving the money, the person did not send me any diamonds as promised and stopped responding, which clearly shows that I was scammed. I request that this incident be investigated, that the account of the person who scammed me be reviewed and necessary action taken, and that my lost amount or the promised diamonds be compensated if possible. I also request your support in preventing such scams so that other users do not experience similar losses.
