Yalla Ludo In-App Purchase Missing After Google Play Payment

I recently purchased an in‑game diamonds package in the Official Yalla Ludo application via the Google Play Store, and $3.5 was charged to my card. However, the diamonds were not added to my account after the payment was completed. My Yalla Ludo game ID is 15284749749. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem; similar issues with missing diamonds after payment have happened to me several times before, but I did not make a complaint at that time. Now I am worried that this will continue to happen in the future. Since the payment was successfully taken and I did not receive the diamonds, I kindly request that the missing diamonds be credited to my account or, if this is not possible, that the full amount of $3.5 be refunded to me. I also request that my account and payment history be checked carefully so that this problem does not occur again. I would like this issue to be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
