Yalla Ludo Room Chat Banned After Fake Diamond Scam

I am a user of the Yalla Ludo application on my Tecno Spark 40, and my account has been banned from the room chat feature until the year 2108. I am writing because I believe this ban is unfair and I am asking for help for my chat to be unbanned. I had given my ID to some dealers so they could purchase diamonds for me. Unfortunately, they used fake or unauthorized diamonds, and I was scammed for 20,000 Pakistani rupees. After this, my account was banned from the chat rooms due to the unauthorized sale or purchase of diamonds, as shown in the warning message on my screen. I did not personally carry out any illegal or fraudulent activity and I am already the victim of a scam in this situation. Because of the actions of these dealers, I both lost my money and now cannot use the chat room feature for an extremely long period of time. I kindly request that you review my account and remove the room chat ban from my ID. I am ready to provide any further information or screenshots you may need so that this situation can be resolved fairly and my chat access can be restored.
