Roblox Robux Purchase via Xsolla Took My Money but Didn’t Deliver

Today at around 21:23, I purchased 500 Robux through the Roblox app using Xsolla as the payment provider. While the money was successfully taken from my account, the Robux never appeared in my Roblox balance. This is incredibly frustrating, as I paid for a product I never received.

My Roblox username is tt_emir6161, and I can confirm the payment went through, yet my account still shows no additional Robux. I tried checking my transaction history, but there was no proper explanation or fix provided. Essentially, I lost money for nothing, and this makes me feel cheated as a customer.

I expect Xsolla and Roblox to resolve this issue immediately by either delivering the 500 Robux I paid for or refunding my money in full. This type of problem should never happen, especially with a platform as large as Roblox where children and families frequently make purchases.

I urge Roblox and Xsolla to take responsibility, correct this issue without delay, and ensure that others are not put through the same frustration in the future.
