Roblox Issued Unfair Long-Term Ban After Being Insulted First

On Friday, December 5, 2025, at around 8:00 p.m., while playing Forsaken on Roblox from my mobile device, I experienced an issue I would like to share. In the game, another player offered to team up with me to farm money together. Since I know that teaming is not allowed in the game, it seemed reasonable at first, but then I changed my mind and told him that I would continue playing normally and that he could farm if he wanted. He likely didn’t see this message, and after I killed him in the game, he reacted by saying something like “weren’t you being reasonable, why are you killing me?” and then started swearing at me heavily.
He was the first to insult me by writing “oe oc,” which is an offensive, profanity-based message. I got upset and replied with something like “why should I care if you’re farming money, if you want to farm, learn the game and farm your money babe.” In short, he initiated the insults, and I only responded. Despite this, my account later received a ban lasting until 2025, and I believe this punishment is disproportionate and unfair compared to the situation and my reaction.
What I expect from Roblox is a detailed review of the ban on my account, reconsideration of the ban duration, and removal of the ban if possible. I also request that appropriate action be taken against the player who first insulted me with severe profanity. I am asking for support so that I am not unfairly subjected to such a long-term ban and so that players who swear and insult others in-game are properly disciplined.
