Roblox Safety Complaint — User Harassed and Threatened Me in Brookhaven

I am writing this complaint because of a very disturbing and frightening incident I experienced today in the Roblox game Brookhaven. A user with the name “s*** c***” threatened me repeatedly through the in-game chat. They kept saying “I’m going to kidnap you” and pressured me to tell them my name and age. To avoid giving real information, I wrote my name as h*** and my age as 90, but even then they continued threatening me, saying “If you don’t tell me your real name and age, I will kidnap you.”

This person also tried to force me by saying things like “If you don’t fight with a gun, I will kidnap you,” claimed that their friends kill people, and said that others who talked before me had been kidnapped. These statements were not only threatening but extremely frightening, and I did not feel safe while playing. Afterward, they said they had reported me, and I immediately reported this user through the Roblox in-game reporting system.

I believe that threats, intimidation, and violent language like this are completely unacceptable in a game that is played largely by children and teenagers. I request that the account named “s*** c***” be urgently investigated along with the chat logs, that the necessary actions be taken against this user, and that their account be permanently banned if possible.

I want to feel safe while playing Roblox, avoid experiencing such threats again, and ensure that other players are protected from people like this.
