Roblox Support Not Responding to Theft Report

Today while playing Roblox, I was taken advantage of by another player. While we were in the game together, without any warning or even giving me a chance to speak, the player took my in-game item and left the server before I could say anything. As a result, my item was essentially stolen.
After the incident, I submitted a report through the Roblox system to notify the moderators, but even after some time has passed, I still have not received any response—no update, no investigation notice, and no explanation.
I request that Roblox return the stolen item to my account and thoroughly investigate the incident, applying the necessary penalties to the player who did this. I want my account and in-game items to be protected, and I also ask that Roblox establish a faster and clearer response process for situations like these.
