Customer support at Xsolla did not issue a refund to me

I'm totally flabbergasted that someone would just take money out of my account like that without my permission! I never heard of this company Xsolla before and I certainly didn't authorize any purchases. When I inspected my credit card statements, there it was - two separate charges of 801,33 TL on 02.01.2023 for a grand total of 1602,66 TL! That's a lot of money to be taken out without any prior knowledge or consent. So naturally, I contacted customer service right away asking for a refund but unfortunately have yet to hear back from them regarding the matter. It's really frustrating because I haven't been able to do anything about it besides wait, and it doesn't seem like they're in any hurry to respond either way. If they don't give me my money back soon, then I'll have no choice but to sue them for the amount that was wrongfully charged to my card - 1602,66 TL! That kind of thing just isn't right and obviously needs to be addressed in some capacity. Hopefully, they can resolve this issue without the courts getting involved, but if not I'm more than prepared to take legal action if necessary.
