XM Withdrawal Error Converted My Funds Without Consent

I submitted withdrawal requests through XM to my own account totaling $660 USD. I made these withdrawals in four separate amounts: $170, $170, $120, and $200. However, when the payments were sent to me, they were made in euros instead of U.S. dollars, which was the currency I explicitly requested.
Payments were deposited into my Akbank IBAN in three separate amounts: €244, €87, and €168, for a total of €499. Because of the exchange rate difference, this resulted in me receiving approximately $78 less than I should have, causing a serious financial loss. I have all bank receipts and Akbank account statements documenting this issue.
I contacted XM regarding this matter, but I have not received any response so far. No explanation or solution has been provided. Unfortunately, I cannot reach anyone, and I am unable to learn why this issue occurred.
My request is that the withdrawal amount of $660 USD be paid to me in full and in the correct currency, and that my approximately $78 loss be compensated. I want this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
