I opened an XM trading account from India with a USD base currency (XM account number: 323906***) and made my first deposit of $200 via UPI on 27 February 2026. Despite the payment being successfully debited from my side, the amount has still not been credited to my XM trading account, and as of today, three days have passed without resolution. During this period, I contacted XM customer service multiple times. Initially, they told me the issue would be resolved within 1 hour. Later, they changed this to 3–48 hours, and then again to 3–24 hours. Now they simply say that the matter is “under investigation” and that they cannot provide any timeframe to resolve my concern. I also contacted the email support team and only received a generic response that they are checking the issue, with no concrete update or solution. No reference number or case ID has been provided to me, which makes me feel left completely in the dark. These constantly changing commitments and vague responses have seriously damaged my trust in XM and raised doubts about the reliability and transparency of the company, especially considering this was my very first transaction with XM. I request that XM urgently locate and process my $200 UPI deposit and either credit it to my XM trading account without any further delay or return the full amount to my bank account immediately. In addition, due to the stress, time loss, and uncertainty caused by the shifting timelines and lack of clear information, I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I am provided with a clear and final written explanation.
