XM Refund Delay After Failed UPI Deposit
I hold a standard trading account with XM from India. On 11/02/2026, I deposited Rs 20,000 via UPI, but although the money was deducted from my account, it did not reflect in my Xm trading account. Later, I was informed that the amount would be refunded, but to date, I have not received the refund to my original payment method. My Xm account ID is 323750446, and the UPI transaction reference (UTR) is 118526342805. I have contacted XM customer support several times through email and chat regarding this matter, but the issue is still unresolved, and the refund has not been processed. I request that my deposit of Rs 20,000 be refunded in full to the same UPI payment method used for the transaction as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly once the refund is completed.
