I am an XM Global client from India, and I use your platform for forex trading. On January 28, 2026, I made a deposit of $544 to my XM wallet using the UPI deposit option via the MobiKwik platform. The payment was successfully completed on the MobiKwik and bank side, and after completion the page redirected back to my XM profile. However, the funds never appeared in my XM wallet.
The amount was debited from my bank account, and I have proof of the transaction, including bank statements. There has been no reversal to date. Despite the successful debit, my XM wallet balance has not been updated with this deposit. My XM trading account number is 381346842 (Ultra Low Standard MT5), and my registered email address is marinervasan****@gmail.com.
I have contacted XM Global multiple times via [email protected], [email protected], and live chat. Each time, I receive what appears to be an automated response stating that the issue will be handled within 24 hours. However, after that, I receive no real follow-up, no resolution, and my deposit is still missing.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and resolved by either crediting the full $544 to my XM wallet or refunding the same amount back to my bank account. I also ask to be informed in writing of the outcome of this investigation and the action taken regarding this missing deposit.
