XM Crypto Withdrawal Pending for 7 Days – Request Immediate Release

I am writing to report a serious and ongoing problem with my withdrawals at XM. For the last 7 days, my cryptocurrency withdrawals with a total value of 934.96 USD have remained in pending status without being processed. During this period, I have sent approximately 10–15 emails, contacted Live Chat multiple times and also spoken with my Account Manager. Each time I was only told to “please wait,” without any proper explanation, no estimated processing time and no Blockchain TXID being provided. This level of customer support is unacceptable, especially for a brokerage firm. Clients’ funds should not be held pending for a week without clear, transparent communication and traceable transaction details. I have now exhausted all internal support channels and therefore I am submitting this public complaint. My clear expectation is that XM immediately investigates my case and either completes and releases my pending cryptocurrency withdrawals, or provides a transparent and detailed explanation of the reason for the delay, together with the Blockchain TXIDs if the transactions have already been processed. My trading account numbers are 862993** and 324157**4, and the total pending withdrawal amount is 934.96 USD. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I can update this complaint accordingly. Until this matter is properly handled, I cannot recommend this experience to other traders.
