XM Support Fails to Resolve $2,000 Withdrawal Problem

On March 9, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $2,000 from my XM trading account (account number: 331098052) via online bank transfer to my Mashreq Bank account in the UAE. In the XM application, the withdrawal status has been showing as “processed” for several days, but the funds have still not arrived in my bank account.

It has now been seven days, and the money is still missing. I have used XM withdrawals in the past, and they were always completed on time, so this experience is very disappointing. During this period, I sent multiple emails and received only two responses, both stating that I should wait 2–5 business days, which have already passed. I also contacted support by phone; the first time I was told the same thing again, and the second time my call was disconnected without proper assistance.

I request that my $2,000 withdrawal be immediately and securely transferred to my Mashreq Bank account, and that I be provided with clear information about the current status of the funds and exactly when they will be credited. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as this delay is causing significant inconvenience and a loss of trust.
