My Deposit Still Not Been Reflected In My XM Trading Account
On 16 March 2026, I deposited 26,000 PKR into my XM account via Easypaisa. The amount was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account, but it has still not been reflected in my XM trading account. When I contacted XM customer support, I was informed that the funds are “under investigation”. However, no clear timeframe or solution has been provided so far, even though this is a significant amount for me. My MT4/MT5 trading account ID is 381589***. The Easypaisa transaction ID for this deposit is 47174895805 and the XM transaction ID is 219906994_xmbz. I request that my 26,000 PKR deposit be immediately credited to my XM trading account without any further delay, or that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible with a clear update on the status of my funds.
