Dreame Bot L10s Pro Robotic Vacuum Went to Repair In Two Weeks
On Mother's Day, my husband gifted me the DreameBot L10s Pro robot vacuum from Xiaomi. However, approximately two months after I started using it, the mopping feature suddenly disappeared. Since the day of purchase, we've had to take it back to the service center for the fourth time. First, it couldn't perform cleaning; second, we had to go through the hassle of bringing it back and forth with much difficulty; third, despite all this effort, we couldn't achieve any resolution. Honestly, it feels like our money is going down the drain, and we end up utterly dissatisfied. It's frustrating to see the mop function vanish, and despite multiple attempts at repair, the robot vacuum fails to meet expectations. This whole experience has left us with the impression that the product is not worth the money, and it's disheartening to feel so unsatisfied with our purchase.
