Xiaomi C400 Camera Will Not Work After Update

Following the most recent upgrade to my C400 camera, it has been non-functional and stuck on a yellow light. Based on many forums and customer complaints, it appears Xiaomi is just brushing off the problem. Their silence and inaction truly irritate me. Having wasted enough time attempting to fix this, I now have a useless device. Xiaomi has ten business days to answer and fix this; if they keep downplaying my worries, I will handle things independently. I will then go to the consumer committee and initiate a legal claim for payback. This kind of disrespect for consumers is completely unacceptable.
