Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite Bad(Burned Cable) Smell Problem

We bought a Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier Elite. We weren't able to use it even a month. It started to emit a bad smell (like a burned cable). Then we took the device to the service for repairment. Then the service returned to us that thay couldn't find anything wrong with the device by falloving the procedure provided by Xiaomi. Then we made some phone calls with Xiaomi and local service provider. Then we took the device to the service again. Second time the service returned to us with the same explanation that they couldn't find anything wrong with the device by fallowing the procedure provided by producer(Xiaomi). If service cannot find anything wrong with the device, I thing device has a production error and must be returned from all customers. Or they have to provide a solution to this problem.
