LiveCareer Charged Me $19.90 Without My Authorization

In June, I used the LiveCareer CV builder on June 30, 2026, only because I wanted to try the service once. After using it, I do not remember giving any approval to start a subscription or authorize recurring payments.

However, today I discovered that $19.90 had been charged to my account without my knowledge or authorization. The transaction appears to have been processed by “Livecareer.C” and was charged to my card ending in 8435.

I absolutely do not accept this charge. I did not knowingly start a subscription or authorize automatic renewal or recurring payments, yet this amount was charged to my card.

I request that this transaction be canceled, that the full $19.90 charged to my card be refunded as soon as possible, and that the necessary measures be taken to ensure that LiveCareer does not make any further charges to my card without my explicit authorization.

I also request a clear explanation of how this charge was made and confirmation that there are no active subscriptions or future payment authorizations associated with my account.
